Created a debug Android build for the first time. When I try to install the .apk file, I get the message “Parse error”
This isn’t something caused by VoltBuilder - it’s something else in your project. If you google it, you’ll find a number of suggestions, including this.
I don’t know any fast way to figure this out. You’ll need to experiment with different settings in your app, probably in config.xml.
It turns out that this is because my Android test phone is too old! Got a more recent (2019) Huawei phone from very helpful CEX in Stockport and my app loads fine on this
