App status API indicates stale builds

We seem to have three builds which were submitted on June 23, 24 and 30.
The app API (VoltBuilder API) returns Processing/Queueing for the corresponding three clients/access tokens without any status changes.
How can this happen and how can I “free up” these clients?

Thanks for reaching out. I’d like to understand what happened here. Could you DM me your client ID (the UUID portion) of your credentials so I can investigate the issue further? I suspect these jobs timed out without notification and I’d like to resolve that issue.

You should just be able to resubmit the jobs to “free up” the clients. Please let me know if this doesn’t work.
