State processing in apple developer portal

Please describe the issue:

After Voltbuilder uploads my app to developer.apple.com the app is in state processing for 16 hours and nothing happens. I uploaded another one but this also has status processing after one hour. Is there anything I can do to get to the next step?

Have you contacted Apple regarding this? It appears this can be related to app previews and other graphical assets. Apple will know for sure what the issue is. Please let me know what they say.
