Please describe the issue:

I’m getting this message about three of my apps, but the android spec is 36 and sdk version is 36, exactly the same as my fourth app that was accepted by the Play Store a few weeks ago

I noticed from your log that your config.xml has an android engine spec set to 13.0.0. Can you set it to 15.1.0 and see if you still get this warning?

Thanks, will try that and report back. Unfortunately away for the rest of the week, so it will be Monday before I can confirm
