New Forum Categories & Support Request Process

We’ve streamlined our forum categories to make it easier to get help and share ideas! Key changes:

  • New Support Requests (now the default post type): Need staff help? Fill out the form with required details (Platform, Framework, Build ID, Error Message) for faster troubleshooting.
  • Voting enabled in Feature Requests and Site Requests so you can help us prioritize improvements!
  • Clearer boundaries: Plugin discussions, general Q&A, and announcements now have dedicated spaces.

Changing Your Post Category: We’ve set a new default post category (Support Request). If you’d like to post in another category, you just pick the category you’d like using the drop-down selector to the right of the title field in the post composer.
