In the package approve process. What actually checked?

We check that it follows the items on our checklist. The purpose of these guidelines is to make sure the plugins are well documented and well behaved - others will be using them as well.

Approval of a plugin only indicates the plugin has met our standards for VoltBuilder. It does not imply that it is properly supported by its author, that it does what is expected, or is compatible with all versions of Android or iOS.
