Securing the VoltBuilder Discount

I just added Indy VoltBuilder to my plan. I read that there is a discount if I already have an AppStudio Essential Plan. When I registered, the VoltBuilder website said I’d be charged the full amount $15/month.

Is it possible to get a discount on the VoltBulder plan and how do I go about securing it?
