Voltbuilder doesn't get past 'Queuing'--deploying from AppStudio

Since this a.m. I can’t deploy to the App Store via voltbuilder (using AppStudio):

Please try again. We had a minor issue with an upstream provider that’s been resolved. Unfortunately it seems you just got unlucky as the vast majority of jobs were completing without issue.
